Project Management

Adults will need to take responsibility for:

  • Money - how much can the children spend in each team?
  • Safeguarding of children and audiences on the day
  • Officially booking the venues, performing companies, businesses and infrastructure
  • Coordinating with the Council or any other official bodies in relation to permits and permissions
  • Ensuring that the event is supported with professional staff and first aiders
  • The logistical coordination and managment of the festival on the day, including technical and performing company requirements are met
  • All risk assessments and compliance with health and safety
  • Making sure that all the children have fun!
