Front of House & Operations

The Front of House & Operations team are responsible for:

  • Identifying who is expected to attend the festival and thinking about what needs they might have
  • Thinking about what the festival will need in terms of  infrastructure (marquees, tents, stalls, generators for power etc)
  • Planning how the festival site will be layed out
  • Thinking about the customer journey - where are staff needed most and why
  • Hosting the festival by welcoming audiences and assisting with enquiries
