Fundraising & Finance

The Fundraising & Finance team are responsible for:

  • Identifying local businesses that might want to sponsor the festival and drafting letters to ask for support
  • Establishing some in-school fundraising events
  • Drafting letters to invite VIP's to the festival
  • Creating some top tips on how to communicate with VIP's
  • Making sure that all teams stay within an agreed budget
  • Assisting the audience at the Festival on the day
