Front of House & Operations

The Front of House & Operations team are responsible for making sure the festival runs smoothly from a customer, staff and visiting company point of view.

Marketing

The Marketing team are responsble for making sure that everyone knows when and where the Festival is happening and what the public will be able to see and do.

Programming

The Programming team are responsible for researching and booking the shows, visual arts, games and food & drink that make a Festival a fun and exciting place to be.

Fundraising & Finance

The Fundraising & Finance team are responsible for making sure that the festival stays within budget across all teams and raising money where required.
